Edit : the recoding has changed significantly since my original review and doesn't work like the old one did for me. Please bring back the old recording ? Is there anyway we can obtain a copy of it ? This app has helped me deal with my anxiety problem more than anything else. Every time I do it i discover something new. It's quite incredible. I now make time to do it every day and the changes are very apparent.

I have to agree with the most recent reviews. I loved this app and it genuinely helped me through very tough times, but the latest update has replaced the recording and this now isn't particularly pleasant at all ☹️ too fast, not soft and gentle, and the music is too faint to be audible. absolutely gutted! Wish there was a way to get the old recording back, with the music as well.

Loved this app until the update. Its completely deleted the recording I loved and replaced it with a different recording . The music volume is to low as well. Not happy ..
